CHICKEN CAPRESE Grilled fresh chicken breast, topped with melted buffalo mozzarella cheese. Served atop a bed of sautéed spinach and roasted tomatoes. Topped with a delicious balsamic glaze.
GRILLED PACIFIC CORVINA Fresh Pacific corvina, charred on an open flame. Served atop a bed of rice pilaf and sautéed spinach, lightly topped with a white wine cream sauce and a hint of lime. Accompanied by sautéed asparagus tips.
GRILLED PORTABELLA Grilled portabella mushroom, stuffed with artichoke and a blend of earthy Fontina, sharp & salty flavor Pecorino Romano and a beautifully affinaged Gruyère cheese. Served on a bed of spinach, finished with a delicate cream sauce.
